What is your background as a clinician?
I have been a nurse for 14 years and a Nurse practitioner for 5 years. The bulk of my nursing career has been spent in the Operating Room as a Plastic Surgery nurse. In addition to being an aesthetic nurse practitioner, I am a gynecology nurse practitioner, which I also love. My passion in medicine is to help women feel good about themselves and educate my patients about their bodies.
What is a fun fact about yourself?
A fun fact about myself is that I love animals. I currently have 3 dogs, Roxie, a Toy Poodle, Bella, an American Bully, and Cupcake, a Maltese. In addition to my dogs I also have two Russian Tortoises, Turbo and Dash.
What made you want to start a career in Aesthetics?
I have always loved aesthetic medicine. I fell in love with aesthetic medicine at 19 years old. It occurred when I got my first job in healthcare as a medical assistant for a Plastic Surgeon. I wanted to cross over from invasive procedures to non-invasive procedures that I could perform myself. I enjoy making people feel good about themselves.
Why did you join Pinch?
I decided to join Pinch because I love the concept of providing services in the comfort of the patient’s home. Sometimes people are nervous about having aesthetic procedures done. Although, treating them at home can help put them at ease since they are in their safe space.
What do you appreciate most about Pinch?
What I appreciate the most about Pinch is the support they give their providers and the amount of flexibility.

What are your favorite skincare products?
My favorite skin care products are Paula’s Choice 2% BHA Exfoliant, CeraVe Renewing SA Cleanser, Cetaphil Moisturizer and Native’s Mineral Sunscreen. I love these products because the are gentle, yet effective. They are safe for sensitive skin and people of color.

My number one skincare tip is not to over complicate your skincare routine. Less is more!
What is the biggest misconception you think people have about injectable aesthetics?
I think the biggest misconception people have about injectable aesthetics is you will look fake if you have these services done. A skilled injector can achieve a natural, yet youthful appearance for their clients.
What is one skincare item that you could not live without?
I could not live without Paula’s Choice 2% BHA Exfoliant. This product has helped me achieve a smooth skin texture and almost eliminate my acne breakouts!
