At Pinch, we are committed to providing the most comfortable and safe experience in the industry. Whether the medical spa experience is new to you or you’ve been to a brick-and-mortar medical spa before, we’d like to outline what we do to ensure your safety.

Pinch Providers are fully licensed and trained in aesthetics.
Pinch Providers are licensed healthcare professionals with extensive clinical training and experience.
Every provider completes Pinch’s proprietary training courses, developed hand in hand with aesthetics industry experts, as well as advanced education with leading aesthetics training partners. After training, Pinch Providers are also required to conduct a minimum number of live client appointments before you are able to book an appointment with them. To ensure continuous improvement, Pinch Providers have access to ongoing mentorship with master injectors, live physician clinical support, and continuing educational opportunities. This means your Pinch Provider has the qualifications, training, and experience to ensure your visit is both safe and outstanding! We verify active licensure, conduct full background checks, and maintain documented competency for each procedure offered.

When you book with Pinch, you can browse Providers in your area, see their full profile and message your provider. Unlike most medical spas that just include a photo and bio on their website, Pinch has full profile pages for every provider, including testimonials, reviews, and before/after photos, ensuring transparency and comfort. Following EVERY appointment, we request a review from clients, which are available on the Provider Profile page and/or on our Google Business Pages in each state.

Pinch sources pharma products directly from the manufacturer.
Pinch always prioritizes client safety and comfort when selecting products. All products on the Pinch platform are FDA-approved (or FDA-cleared where appropriate) and sourced directly from manufacturers or authorized distributors, ensuring quality control.
For example, our neurotoxin, Xeomin, is sourced directly from Merz, the pharmaceutical company that manufactures it. Each vial is meticulously tracked and inventoried to maintain the highest quality standards. All of our other products are also managed per manufacturer instructions (e.g., temperature, light exposure, and expiration). Providers carry coolers or thermoses to maintain product integrity where appropriate, even on the hottest summer days. At Pinch, we never cut corners when it comes to your safety or when selecting the best and most effective products to offer.

Before treatment, we obtain informed consent appropriate to your procedure and state law. Where telehealth is used (e.g., for consults or supervision), we follow approved platforms with required agreements and privacy notices, and we meet any state-specific exam/delegation rules.
All clinicians follow OSHA’s Bloodborne Pathogens Standard (29 CFR 1910.1030): exposure-control plans, safer-needle devices where feasible, PPE, immediate sharps disposal, post-exposure evaluation, and staff training. Sharps containers are positioned at point-of-use and closed/sealed at required levels for compliant transport and/or disposal via appropriate medical-waste vendors.

•You can be confident your treatment is delivered by a properly licensed clinician with quality training and experience.
•You can expect all products to be manufacturer/authorized-distributor sourced and handled per FDA labeling.
•You’ll receive care in a clean, aseptic setup at home that follows CDC hand-hygiene, disinfection, and safe-injection practices.
•Sharps/waste are managed to OSHA/FDA standards
If you have further questions about health & safety, please don’t hesitate to message your Pinch Provider or contact us at Pinch HQ.
